When it comes to using black cardstock for making cards,I have to really think hard to come up with a design which doesn’t use any stamping at all….coz for me,no matter how much effort I put in…as soon as I stamp on black cardstock,it never works…but I’m not going to stop using black….
On a plain black cardstock base I have used a black top layer as well and rounded only two ends of the card…I then used a stitched scalloped border die to die cut strips in various colours and adhered them to the card….I added a strip of gold glitter cardstock at the top….
The sentiment is a wood veneer word which has been glued to the card….and I have used a few black sequins as embellishments….
